She also holds the designation of ADAPT Trained Health Practitioner from Kresser Institute, the only functional medicine, and evolutionary health training company. She has been practicing Physical Therapy in the Annapolis area since 2010 and Nutrition since 2014.

Her passion for nutrition begins with a fascination with groups of people still eating their traditional diets, untouched by modern convenience foods.  These groups don't suffer from chronic illness.  Liz believes that modern illnesses such as heart disease, autoimmune issues, fibromyalgia, allergies/asthma, eczema and many other conditions rooted in chronic inflammation can often be treated through a change in diet.  She knows the benefit of a nutrient-dense, whole foods based diet and follows an ancestral approach to lifestyle and nutrition.

Liz is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the One. team and looks forward to assisting clients with all of their nutritional health goals, with safe protocols proven by research without risk of harmful dietary misinformation.
